Our people-oriented People and Culture Advisor to join our team in a full-time capacity in our Perth Office.

About the role

  • A strong foundation of experience in a HR generalist role, coaching managers on a range of employment issues.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and People and Culture initiatives.
  • A demonstrated ability to stay up to date with employment legislation and its ongoing changes, including interpretation of industrial instruments.
  • Partner with leaders to provide a high level of advice and guidance, end to end case management on a wide range of Employee Relations matters.
  • Provide subject matter expertise relating to employment conditions, contracts of employment, award and agreement interpretation, to ensure compliance with organisational policy and legislative requirements.

About you

  • You will hold a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in People and Culture or related field
  • Have a strong understanding of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation and employee relations matters
  • Be hands-on, proactive approach and confident working at all levels of the organisation
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
